Refunds, Exchanges & Shipping
We think we've struck gold with our tights, but we get that you might not feel the same way. That's why we've got a painless returns policy! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will accept your return from 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
In order to begin the exchange or refund process, please email email@example.com with the following details:
Subject: Return of Activewear
- Reason for return
- Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly advise sending your item back to us using tracked shipping, as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Time taken for the refund to process will depend on your bank.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will mail you the request items in exchange and email a fulfilment confirmation with tracking details.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

All items are shipped from Perth, Western Australia, and unless identified as a pre-order item are in stock and ready to ship.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
If your order is placed before 12pm AWST it will be shipped on the same day.
If you order is placed after 12pm AWST it will be shipped the following day.
